Accordingly, the exposure conditions of ASTM G26-95 as reported in test report ETC-05-255-16776.0
are equal to the exposure conditions of ASTM G155-04 referenced in the 2007 FBC and therefore meet
the intent of the code.
In addition, ASTM D2565 requires the calculation of the retention of the characteristic property (tensile
strength) in accordance with ASTM D5870. Test report ETC-05-255-16776.0 does not explicitly report
the property retention index (PRI) but does report the individual specimen data to allow calculation of the
PRI . The calculated tensile strength PRI meets the d-/- 10% variance requirement.
