Please keep in mind that the jurisdiction requires two sets of the property survey/or site plan.
Therefore, please include the two copies.

o Please keep in mind the shed must be drawn onto the survey with the required setbacks
from the rear and side property line. (The zoning department should be able to assist
you with the setback information).
• Permit Application (Can obtain online or at the municipal)
• Property Appraiser/ Folio number
