SCOPE
This Evaluation Report is Issued under Rule 616M and the applicable rules and regulations governing the use of
construction materials in the State of Florida. The documentation submitted has been reviewed by Robert Nfeminen,
P.E. for use of the product under the Florida Building Code and Florida Building Code, Residential Volume. The
products described herein have been evaluated for compliance with the a Edition (2017) Florida Building Code
(HVHZ) sections noted herein.
DESCRIPTION: Entegrat Concrete Roof VIM (HVHZ Jurisdictions)
LADEunva: labeling shall be in accordance with the requirements the Accredited Quality Assurance Agency noted
herein.

referenced Quality Assurance documentation changes, or provisions of the Code that relate to the product change.
Acceptance of this Evaluation Report by the named client constitutes agreement to notify Robert Nieminen, P.E. if the
product changes or the referenced Quality Assurance documentation changes TrinIWIERD requires a complete
review of this Evaluation Report relative to updated Code requirements with each Code Cyde.

Designer of Record for any project an which this Evaluation Report, or previous versions thereof, is/was used
for permitting or design guidance unless retained specifically for thatpurpose.
5.2 This Evaluation Report Is for use In FBC HVHZjurisdlc0onsorothers adopting FBCHVHZrequirements.
53 Fire classification is not part of this evaluation; refer to FBC 1516 or listing by an approved testing agency for
fire rating of this pro duct.
5.4 Reference Is made to FBC 152Z4.Z4 regarding field testing of completed tile roof Instalfations.
5.5 Applicant shall retain the services of an FBC listed, accredited laboratory to perform quarterly tests in
accordance with TA5112, Appendix 71.
5.6 Minimum underlaymentshall comply with the RAS 228, RAS 129 or RAS 120, as applicable. Underlayment
products shall hold current Florida Statewide Product Approval or Local Approval for use in tile roof
assemblies in FBC HVHZ jurisdictions.
5.7 Minimum roofdeckrequirements shall beinaccordancewith applicable FBCHVHZrequirements.
5.8 All products in the roof assembly shall have quality assurance audit In accordance with the F:A.C. Rule

6. INwAt1AT1oo:
6.1 Entegra Concrete Roof Tiles maybe mechanically fastened, mortar -set or adhesive -set Installation shall
comply with manufacturers current published instructions, but not less than the requirements of No 114
RAS 119 or RA5120, asappRcable.
6.2 Attachment Calculations Entegra Concrete Roof Tile shall be evaluated as a 'Moment -Based System' In
accordancewith Roofing Application Standard PAS 127-11..,w-w
