Comment 1: A representative of Summit Design and Forensics, will hand sign the
Permit drawings as requested by the Building Department.
Comment 2: The NOA # (15-0113.0) has been printed.
Comment 3 : The second floor right rear room. Designated as a Bedroom has been
changed to "Art Room" per Building Department Comments on sheets A-4,
E-2 and P-2.
