• gypsum board repair where damaged
• insulation replacement in damaged areas
• air handler and condenser replacement (like for like)
• vanity replacement and drain (p-trap)
• kitchen sink replacement and (p-trap)
• water heater and drain pan
• electrical panel replacement
To the best of our knowledge and belief, the construction of the above items comply with
the 2017 Florida Building Code, Residential.
