Design, Erection, & Removal of all formwork, shores, & reshores shall meet meet the ACI Standards 347 and 301 Contractor to verify all building setbacks prior to the start of construction. A formboard survey shall be submitted to the building department for approval prior to pouring concrete. SOIL STATEMENT: Foundation has been designed for a soil bearing capacity of 2000 p.s.i.
