2. Complete set of plans and specifications, including pool and enclosure, fencing, landscaping and drainage for surface water,
swales, eta

NOTES
a. * $100.00 is refunded upon submission of document # 5.
b. A $ 741.00 credit is due for new water hookup from St. Lucie County Utilities.
C. Property owners will be held responsible for any damage to the common properties of Queens Cove as a result of
the above construction (whether caused by the owner, contractor or sub -contractor).
d. Owners and contractors will also be responsible for ensuring all suppliers and workers comply with our speed
limit (25 mph) and refrain from Uttering. Disregard of these requirements could result in the contractor or
person(s) being barred from Queens Cove.
e. All new construction shall conform to the required quality of workmanship and materials and be in harmony with
the external design of existing structures.
f. New construction will not be permitted without existing or simultaneously -constructed bulkheading.
