1.Trnseee will be made in strict accordance with this layout, which is the
sole authority for determining successful fabrication o! the trusses.

3.1-inleas written notice Is provided by certified mail to Chambers Truss within
ten (10) days of delivery the undersigned agrees that no backcharges will be
allowed. In the event such written notice is furnished Chambers Truss shall
have three (3) business days In which to make repairs required, or to
substitute other lrusaes, at their option.
4.The undersigned acknowledges receipt of "H1f1- 91" by Truss plate Institute.
5.Delivery is to job site. It is the buyer's responsibility to make the job
site suitable for delivery. Chambers Truss has the sole authority to
determine the suitability of the job site or a portion of the job site for
delivery. Chambers Truss will be responsible for dump delivery only. The
buyer Is responsible for addl.lional delivery expenses If Chambers Truss
has to redeliver because job site is not prepared for delivery or buyer
In not prepared for delivery of trusses.

1.Truseee will be made in strict accordance with this lavout. which Is the
sole authority for determining successful fabrication of the trusses.
2,A11 dimensions In this layout have been verified by the undersigned.
O.Unless written notice is provided by certified mail to Chambers Truss within
ten (10) days of delivery the undersigned agrees that no backeharges will be
allowed. In the event such written notice Is furnished Chambers Truss shelf
have three f3) business days in which to make repairs required, or to '
substitute otthher trusses, at their option.
4.The undersigned acknowledges receipt of '111H-•91' by Truss Plate Institute.
6.Delivery is to job site, It Is the buyers responsibility to make the job
mite suitable for delivery. Chambers Truss has the sole authority to
determine the suitability of the job site or a portion of the job site for
delivery. Chambers Truss will be responsible for dumpp delivery only. The
buyer Is responsible for additional delivery expenses if Chambers Truss
has to redeliver because job site Is not prepared for delivery or buyer
Is not prepared for delivery of trusses.

are made in this layout
7.Thle Is a PURCHASE ORDER to Chambers Trues of the sum of S

at scheduled date of delivery if buyer cannot seem deilvery of fabricated
trusses. The undersigned agrees to pay Chambers Truns reasonable attorney'$
fee for collections In event of payment not time) made. 1-1/2 S per month
service charge will be added for all sums not paid within terms.
II.91gnature or initials anywhere on thin sheet constitutes agreement to all
terms herein.
9.1n the event of any litigation concerning this agreement, the items furnished
hereunder or.payments referred to herein, the parties agree that the sole
venue for any such action will be Saint Lucie County, Florida.

rind bracing is not the responsibility of Chambers Truss. Field breath is the
hole responsibility of the person erecting the trusses. Persons erecting trusses
are cautioned to seek professional advice regarding the erection bracing which
Is always required to prevent toppling and dominoing of trusses during erection.
Persons erecting trusses should refer to 'HIP-91' by the.lruss Plait Institute.
trusses must be braced as they are set with both lateral and
diagonal bracing per 'HID-911. Do not leave trusses unbraced for, any length of
time. All permanent bracing which is called for by 'Hln-91• and individual truss
engineering must also be done by truss erector. Wood trusses are designed and j
manufactured as components of a permanent structure and must be handled with
