RE: Lot 1289 - Boat Dock Plans
The attached boat dock plans are acceptable for construction on the water within the rear
property pins of the subject property. Please be advised that the Nettles Island Rules and
Regulations, Article 9.1, specifically states; "Rescue ladders will be required on all dock
construction for safety. "
Please review and adhere to all water front property usage rules and regulations and present
copies of permits to condo office prior to construction. Any further modifications must be
submitted to condo office for approval.
Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six
(6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to
request an additional six (6) months.

Please be advised that Architectural Committee assumes no responsibilityfor the structural
adequacy, capacity or safetyfeatures of the proposed construction, alteration or addition; or for
performance, workmanship or quality of work of any contractor or of the completed alteration or
description and shall not be relied upon as an approval or warranty regarding engineering and
structural design, building or zoning code compliance, feasibility or marketabilityfor any
purpose, or compliance with applicable building ordinances, standards, or regulations. By
approving the plans and specifcations, neither the Architectural Committee or the members
thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or
responsibility therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed therefrom, and said
personsfurther specifically exclude from such approval any implied warranty of merchantability
and fitness for any purpose.
