Good Morning Lydia,
I placed a call to you and left a voice main message, but thought it might be better if you had some information to look
at previous to our speaking:
1.) Permit 1809-0117 - Issued Permit
Job Location indicates 14 Palm Breeze Drive / The lot is actually on Seaspray Drive (Lot 14 Seaspray Drive) -
Seaspray is the street indicated on the application documents so I am not sure how the error occurred. Please advise
what I need to do to correct same.
3.) Permit 1901-0303 - Review Comment
See # 2 Above — Also this not indicates a reference to Plat Book 58 Page 1 - This is not correct. PB 58 Page 1 was
a relating done for Phase 2 by previous owner back in 2010. Our Repalte is referred to Plat IIA.
Please review advise at your earliest convenience.
