This Certificate of Completion is issued pursuant to St. Lucie County Codes and the
Project Development Order. It reflects that the Engineer of Record has certified the
construction elements on the approved plans or revisions for the subject project as
complete and in substantial conformance to approved plans and specifications,
together with the accepted exclusions. This certificate does not confer or imply
approval of any other aspect or agency permitting of the project and is offered in
conjunction with the Engineer of Record's certification dated June 14, 2019.
The Public Works Department has obtained other appropriate County Departments
acceptance as required for this Certificate.
