Lydia, We are ready for Form Board inspection. Attached is the new Form Board Survey. Please note that on the original permit application that the manufacturer Carolina Carports drawing specifies an approximate 6" overhang on each dimension, hence 31'x41' will accommodate the installation. Do we need to file a permit revision or can we go ahead and schedule a St. Lucie County Form Board inspection so that we can pour our foundation? Please keep in mind that we are no notice that we must continue with the project by 11/15 or have to re -permit. Thank you in advance for helping us to complete our project.
