We have the building permit in for above approved Target Industries. Do they get any incentives? Any

All,
Rodger Priest from RK Davis construction request approval to start prepping the site for construction. They want to
remove grass and bring in fill. The Engineering Department has signed off on constructability review and also ERD has
signed off. The building permit is.still in review process.
Please advise.

All,
ERD is fine with moving forward with site prep, as long as everyone else is in agreement.
