ALL DRAINAGE (AT THE INSTALLATION SITE) MUST BE DIVERTED AWAY FROM THE HOME AND MUST SLOPE A MINIMUM OF 1/2" PER FOOT AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION OR SKIRTING FOR THE FIRST 10'. THE SITE MUST BE GRADED TO PROVIDE FOR STORM RUN-OFF. SPECIAL CARE MUST BE TAKEN WITH THE AREA DIRECTLY BELOW YOUR HOME TO PREVENT WATER FROM PONDING AND/OR PUDDLING UNDER YOUR HOME AND SUPPORTS. IF THE SPACE UNDER THE HOME IS TO BE ENCLOSED WITH SKIRTING OR OTHER MATERIALS, A VAPOR RETARDER (I.E. POLY...) MUST BE INSTALLED TO COVER THE GROUND UNDER THE HOME (SHALL BE 6 MIL.
