WHEREAS, John B. Dodge, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on
November 6, 2017, owning assets in the State of Florida, and
WHEREAS, Bessemer Trust Company of Florida has been appointed personal
representative of the estate of the decedent and has performed all acts prerequisite to
issuance of Letters of Administration in the estate,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned circuit judge, declare Bessemer Trust
Company of Florida duly qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as
personal representative of the estate of John B. Dodge, deceased, with full power to
administer the estate according to law; to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive the
property of the decedent; to pay the debts of the decedent as far as the assets of the
estate will permit and the law directs; and to make distribution of the estate according to
law.

delivered or accepted in behalf of the Company by the Chairman of the Board, or
the Chief Executive Officer, or any President, Senior Managing Director,
Managing Director, Principal, Senior Vice President, or the Secretary, or the
cashier, or, if in connection with the exercise of fiduciary powers of the Company,
by any of said officers. Any such instruments may also be executed,
acknowledged, verified, delivered or accepted in behalf of the Company in such
other manner and by such other officers as the Board of Directors may from time
to time direct. The provisions of this Article VI are supplementary to any other
provision of these By-laws."
