Our office inspected the above referenced roof. The roof was exposed to verify proper installation. During
this inspection the following components were verified:
® Metal Panel
Metal Panel: Englert Series 110124-gauge steel 16" width panel fastened at 6" o.c. throughout,
according to Method 1 (FL11698.6 R4, page 5)
To the best of my knowledge, belief and professional opinion, the above roof installation complies
with the minimum requirements as set forth by the Florida Building Code and the approved
documents. This report is no to be construed as a warranty of the roof, only the representation of the
actual conditions at the time of inspection. This report cannot reasonably encompass the entire roof
installation and therefore, the presented information is based specifically on the areas inspected. Do
not hesitate to call my office with any questions.
