THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT SOIL CONDITIONS
AT THE SITE ARE ADEQUATE FOR TYPICAL FOUNDATIONS PROVIDED. UPCN REQUEST,
BEST INDUSTRIES WUL PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DESIGN LOADS AND ANCHOR
BOLT PATTERNS FOR A CUSTOM FOUNDATION DESIGN BY OTHERS.
7. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY MEANS FOR TRASH

8. TYPICAL FOOTING DESIGN IS BASED ON AN ASSUMED SOIL BEARING CAPACITY OF
2000 PSF UNLESS A SOIL REPORT IS PROVIDED BY OWNER.
SITE CONDITIONS
1. PROVIDE A DRIVE ACCESSIBLE AREA TO WITHIN W-6 OF THE PERIMETER OF THIS
STRUC11JRE IN ORDER TO UNLOAD MATERIALS AND PERFORM WORK.
2. FILL ALL OPEN TANK HOLES AND TRENCHES WTHIN 15'-0' OF THE PERIMETER
OF THIS STRUCTURE FROM THE 11ME THAT THE STRUCTURE ARRIVES AND UNTIL
ERECTION IS COMPLETE.
3. THE JOB SITE MUST BE DRY ENOUGH FOR VEHICLES AND PERSONNEL TO PERFORM
WORK. IF NECESSARY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHOULD LAY GRAVEL IN
EXCESSIVELY MUDDY AREA TO ENSURE ADEQUATE WORK CONDITIONS.
4. POURED CONCRETE PAVING UNDER AND AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THIS STRUCTURE
TO BE EXCLUSIVELY FOR WORK SPACE AND STAGING OF MATERIALS.
5. ALL OVERHEAD OBSTRUCTIONS ARE TO BE REMOVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OF MATERIALS.
6. FORM, SET AND POUR FOUNDATIONS AS PER PROVIDED FOUNDATION PLAN. ALL
FORMS SHALL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OF MATERIALS AND ALL ANCHOR
BOLT THREADS SHALL BE FREE OF DEBRIS AND DUST AND SHALL BE ACCESSIVBLE.
7. ALL ANCHOR BOLTS (VATH NUTS INSTALLED) SHALL BE SET AT PROPER ELEVATIONS
WTH NO MORE THAN 1/4' TOLERANCE
8. PROVIDE TEMPORARY POWER SOURCE (110 VOLTS) WTHiN 100 FEET OF THE STRUCTURE

INSTAU-ED, SQUARE UP FRAMING BY VERIFYING LATERAL DIMENSIONS.
7. CLEAN ALL DECK PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. ALSO INSTALL FASTENERS
AT CENTERUNE OF ALL DECK RIBS.
B. INSTALL OVERFLOW SCUPPERS AND WATERPROOF ENTIRE GUTTER.
9. INSTALL DECK SUPPORTS AT COLUMNS WHERE DECK RIBS WERE CUT
FOR INSTALLATION PURPOSES.
10. WATERPROOF THE ENTIRE CANOPY AND CLEAN ALL PRE -FINISHED
MATERIALS. ALSO, TOUCHUP ALL EXPOSED.FASTENERS.
