Attachment Description: Panel Clips
Clips shall, be two-piece floating clips. Clip Tab is fabricated from
minimum 22 Gauge stainless steel and is V wide. Clip Base is fabricated
from minimum 26 gauge stainless steel and is 3" wide. Overall clip
dimensions are 3" (long) by 0.80" (wide) by 1.55" (tall).
Clip Fasteners
Screws shall be minimum #10 x minimum penetration through deck 3/16",
pancake -head, stainless steel, wood screws, per ANSI/ASME B 18.6.4.

METHOD 2: Panel, Clips i
Install the I'Series%�Y to �the deck with clips spaced 12" o.c. and 3"
from all ends, along the length of the Vanel. Each clip shall be attached to
the deck with a minimum of TWO #Id pancake -head screws.
Rib Interlock
The standing seams shall be mechanically seamed to form a:
DOUBLE LOCK (180 degree) seam.
Install both system methods in compliance with the attached installation
method.
Quality Assurance: The manufacturer has demonstrated compliance of roof panel products in
accordance with the Florida Building Code and Rule 913-72.070 (3) for
manufacturing under a quality assurance program audited by an approved
quality assurance entity through Keystone Certifications, Inc.

Performance Standards: The product described herein has been tested in accordance with:
a UL580-94 — Test for Uplift Resistance of Roof Assemblies —with
Revisions through February 1998
Code Compliance: The product described herein has demonstrated compliance with the Florida
Building Code 2004, (with 2005 & 2006 Supplements) Section 1504.3.2.
Evaluation Report Scope: This product evaluation is limited to compliance with the structural wind
load requirements of the Florida Building Code, as related to Rule 913-72.
System Limitations: The required design wind loads shall. be determined for each project per
FBC, 2004, Section 1603.1.4. Any rational analysis computations . shall be
prepared by a qualified design professional and in complian with FBC
2004, Sections 104, 105, 106. The maximum clip sted herein
shall not be exceeded. This product is not app se the High
Velocity Hurricane Zone.

Attachment Description: Panel Clips
Clips shall be two-piece floating clips. Clip Tab is fabricated from
minimum 22 Gauge stainless steel and is I" wide. Clip Base is fabricated
from minimum 26 gauge stainless steel and is 3" wide. Overall clip
dimensions are 3" (long) by 0.80" (wide) by 1.55" (tall).
