Lot466(121-011x56'0") a. The Xi System by Tie Down Engineering can be used on the above two lots as an equivalent to the Oliver System. Each mobile home shall have two Xi Lateral Systems installed, i.e. one lateral system per each end. In addition, stabilizer plates shall be installed at each Lateral System. The Lateral Systems stall be installed per Tie Down Engineering specifications. Each mobile home shall also have (4) Longitudinal Anchors with Tie Down Straps installed at each end, i.e. (2) Longitudinal Anchors with Tie Down Straps at the end of each Frame (Chassis). No additional modifications to the approved plans are allowed b. An alternate tie -down bracket by Master Craft Model# 5705 maybe used along the side walls.
