Subject: Tie Down Engineering Equivalent to Oliver System
To whom it may concern:
The purpose of this letter is to provide an alternative stabilization system to the Oliver System as stated in
the plans:
1. Lot #49 (12'-0" x 56'0")
a. The Xi System by Tie Down Engineering can be used on the above lot as an equivalent to
the Oliver System. The mobile home shall have two Combo Systems (LSD Longitudinal
with Lateral Strut) installed, i.e. one Combo per each end. In addition, stabilizer plates
shall be installed at each Combo System. The Combo Systems stall be installed per Tie
Down Engineering specifications. No additional modifications to the approved plans are
allowed.
b. An alternate tie -down bracket by Master Craft Model # 5705 may be used along the side
walls.
