We performed a site visit to inspect the installation of the base sheet underlayment for the low sloped
section of roof to verify compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations as requested by the St.
Lucie County Building Department.
We verified the base sheet product used as Mulehide Self Adhering Modified Bitumen Membrane,
which is a component of the approved Modified Bitumen Roof System as submitted to the County.
A section of cap and base sheet
was removed to verify the base
sheet product and the bond to the
plywood sheathing.
Based on our observations of the base sheet and the bond to the sheathing, it is our opinion the
installation of the base sheet is in general compliance with manufacturer's recommended guidelines.
