RE: Lot 2164 - New Manufactured Home with Variance
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Schroth
The review of your new manufactured home plans including a request for a handi-cap chair lift with a 4' x
6' landing and stairs in the 8' setback is complete and we have no objections.
Please adhere to the enclosed Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity
on Nettles Island. Please provide us with a copy of the permit before proceeding with construction.
Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6)
months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an
additional six (6) months.

Architectural Committee or the members thereof, the Association, the Board, it employees and
representatives assumes any liability or responsibility therefore, or for any defect in any structure
constructed therefrom, and said persons further specifically exclude from such approval any implied
warranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose.
