Agent will sign cover pare with this submission. 3. THE SURVEYS SUBMITTED ARE NOT SEALED BY THE SURVEYOR. Applicant has submitted (2) sinned and sealed surveys with this submission. 4. PLEASE PROVIDE UPDATED PLANS SHOWING STRUCTURES INSTEAD OFPROPOSED.Applicant has survey/plans reflecting buih structures. 5. PLEASE PROVIDE SEPTIC PERMIT AND STAMPED PLANS FROM HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Applicant has provided Health Department letter and stamped plans. 6. ACCORDING TO THE PLANS FOR THE GUEST HOUSE, THERE ARE THREE (3) 220 AMP OUTLETS. The Architect of Record has chaneed the plans to reflect oniv (1) 220 AMP outlet for the pool house Z PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE ZONING DISTRICT DOES NOT ALLOW A GUEST HOUSEMOTHER -IN-LAW SUITE OR ANY TYPE OF LIVING UNIT. The proposed structure is for a pool house and not a guest house. 8. PLEASE REVISE PERMIT APPLICATION REMOVING GUEST HOUSE IN THE JOB DISCRIPTION AND REPLACE WITH POOL HOUSE. Agent will chance the permit application from guest house to pool house with this submission. 9.
