As discussed this morning, our comments are noted below.
1. Per the diagram provided by the applicant, it appears only 5 queuing spaces are available.
Provide a timeline for the construction of Phase II.
(i 3.No vehicles shall be stacking beyond the property limits.
Public Works remains concerned and recommends that operations be monitored at this time, based on these
other factors:
a. Shuttling multiple shifts of employees (while deliveries are taking place)
b. Storage of vehicles at a considerable distance from the site
0c. Single driveway access for all operations
5. he County reserves the right to restrict operations, up to and including revoking the CO, based on the
applicant's ability to perform operations without violating the criteria as set forth.
