26GA 5-V CRIMP METAL REROOF PROPOSAL
-All American Roofing will remove and dispose of existing Shingle roof down to plywood sheathing.
-AAR will inspect existing plywood sheathing and re -nail according to code.
-AAR will replace up to five (5) sheets 5/8" CDX plywood if needed, N/C.
-AAR will install a Titanium PSU-30 modified self -adhered underlayment.
-AAR will install 26ga. galvanized, standard color baked on paint finish, accessory metals, fastened to code.
-AAR will install 26ga. 5-V Crimp Mill Finish Metal Roof, fastened to code using 20yr Wood Zac Screws.
-AAR will install new vents and plumbing flashings at existing locations.
-AAR to procure the permit and remove all roofing debris upon completion.
-A 10-year Workmanship Warranty and any Manufacturer's Warranties will be forwarded upon receipt of final payment.
We will furnish labor and materials for the sum of.

TERMS: This Proposal becomes a Contract upon signior. Service will begin when the signed Contract, Notice of
Commencement and a 30% deposit are received. Upon Progress, 40% of the contract price is due. The remaining 30%
balance is due upon completion.
