Phone: 772-287-2988 • Prior to the commencement of land clearing activities, a pre -construction meeting must be scheduled with ERD staff. PLEASE CONTACT TOM REHYANSKY AT 772-462-1685 TO SCHEDULE THIS MEETING. • The removal of 42,843 inches of trees is proposed to be mitigated for by the preservation of 39,103 inches of trees and the planting of 3,750 inches on -site. • A conspicuous, suitable protective barrier (highly visible so that equipment operators can see the limits of permitted construction activity) shall be placed and maintained around the perimeter of the protected area to form a continuous unbroken boundary, around individual protected trees at a minimum distance of ten (10) feet from the radius of the dripline from all protected trees prior to the commencement of onsite construction activities. • Protective barriers shall remain in place until issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
