Capacity for this phase of the development is delineated in the attached "Water and Wastewater Supply Agreement Amendment" dated November 7, 2017 and is currently available at FPUA's Water Treatment Plant and Water Reclamation Facility. Availability would be contingent upon the completion of construction of the required infrastructure and payment of the applicable fees and charges.
