The file on K&J indicates that SFWMD has issued a permit. It also contains a letter dated March 23, 2600
from Debi Spivey indicating that the driveway does not meet minimum requirements. No stormwater plan
and calculations are in the file. You may want to check with Tony to see if he has any additional info.
