1. An electronic copy of the construction documents submitted on a CD israquired. The flit format shag be.pdt onry.
2..All revisions, indudingtheelectronic copy must be received priarto permitting.
3. The Fire Marshal requires 24 hour notice on all inspections.
4. The respective Building Department shag schedule ell final inspections through the Fire Marshal's Office.
S. Failed inspections require payment of fee prior to rescheduling of further Inspections.
6. Penetrations through rated assemblies shag be of the proper UL design. Design criteria shall be submitted with the constnucton plans.

B. Plans and construction are subject to corrections in the field to maintain code compliance.
9. Automatic fan shutdown is required for NVAC system/s that exceed 2,000 chn design capacity.

BUILDINGS WITH LIGHT -FRAME TRUSS -TYPE CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE MARKED WITH APPROVED FIREFIGHTER SAFETY
WARNING SIGNS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODES 69A-3.012 AND 69A-60.0081 PRIOR TO RECEIVING
A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
