The attached boat lift plans are acceptable for construction on the water within the rear property pins of the
subject property. Please be advised that the lift and boat may not protrude more than 12.5' towards the center of
the canal or extend over the seawall at any time.
Please review and adhere to all water front property usage rules and regulations, including Article 10.1(a),
which specifically states; `Nothing may be affixed, attached, over; or bear weight, in any way, on the seawall
and cap, except conduits for water and electric may extend over the seawall to a Unit Owner's dock or boat lift
and must not be affixed to the seawall or cap. "
Please present copies of permits to condo office prior to construction. Any further modifications must be
submitted to condo office for approval. Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by
Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting
documentation to request an. additional six (6) months.

thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or responsibility
therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed therefrom, and said persons fiuther specifically
exclude from such approval any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for any ptupose.
