Re: Lot 1343 - New Site Built Home Plans
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Saul,
The Association approves of your new home plans for Lot 1343. The site plan complies with the
required setbacks, meets the two vehicle parking space requirements and we have no objections.
Any modifications that affect the foot print of the home must be resubmitted to Nettles Island for
approval. Please adhere to the enclosed Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and
Building Activity on Nettles Island and provide us will a copy of the permit before proceeding
with construction.
Upon completion, please send a copy of your final survey and certificate of occupancy for our
files.
All Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional
time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6)
months.
