Petition of Mr. and. Mrs. Joseph Majeske for a Variance from the
�yisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution for St. -_Lucie.,- �,ty.,--Florida-to_construct-a screen enclosed swimming pool lacking

Hr. Majeske appeared before the Board. It was determined
it the pool and enclosure would be lacking required setback on
gz,eside and not the rear of the property. It is to be located
the northeast side of the property and since the side setback .
1uirements are 10 ft., a variance of 7 ft. is needed.`-' The.pool
,enclosure will be 3 ft. from the property line.
There was no opposition to the petition. Mr. Johnston approve the petition and it was seconded by Mr. Lord. made a,motior.
