L Foundations shrill be on clean, excavated or backfilled subgrade free from any
organic matter or any other deleterious material and compacted to 98% densit;.
2. Foundations have been designed for maximum load oil bearing pressure of
3000 P. S. F.
3.- It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify all dimensions before proceeding
with c:on,truction.
4. All structural concrete shall conform to ACL-319- and :hall attain a minimum
of 28 days ultimate compressive strength of 3, 000 P. S. L
5. Testing of concrete shall be the contracto's respwnnibility and shall require 3
cylinders for each 50 cubic yards and shall be test+,d in accordance with
ASTM C-31 and C-39. Slump ts:;ting shall he performed r same time test
cylinders are taken in accordance with ASTM C-143 a reputable testing laboratory
approved by the Engineer shall conduct the te>ting, Test results shall be made
available as soon as possible, one copy to the Engineer, Contractor and Owner.
Any concrete that does not conform to the required r.trer.-c'th shall. ire removed
