Re: New Manufactured Home with Sewer Manhole Access - Lot 138
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Holloway,
The Association has reviewed your plans for a new manufactured home on Lot 138. The site plan complies with
the required setbacks, meets the two vehicle parking space requirements and we have no objections. Please be
advised that the community sewer access (manhole) located on the property must remain fully accessible to the
Association.
Please adhere to the enclosed Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles
Island. Please provide us with a copy of the permit before proceeding with construction.
Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If
additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6)
months.

The Association approves of the removal of the unit from Lot 138, provided that the lot will be finished with
acceptable pavement for RV parking or new construction of a dwelling. Plans for new construction or RV pad
must be submitted to Nettles Island for review and approval. Upon completion your Lot must be clean and free
of debris.
Please comply with the Nettles Island Procedure Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island,
and if required, provide us with a copy of the permit.
