Minor repair to roof structure
#8 Tosca, Spanish Lakes Country Club Village

1) 1 have personally inspected the "less than substantial structural damage"
within the roof structure of this single family 24' wide modular residence.
2) Plywood gusset plates connecting (9) roof rafters to the center wall have
separated and "repair -in -kind" would not be effective to rebuild this structure.
3) Installation of Simpson LUS24 face mount joist hangars will produce a
stronger joint than original construction.
4) Please see attached grid -sheet detail and photographs showing the repair.
5) The structural elements involved have been repaired as required by Section
606 "Structural Repairs" of the Florida Building Code, Existing Building
volume.
