1.Truswox will be made In strict accordance with this layout, which is the
sole turthority for. determining successful fabrication of the trusses.
2.All dimsnsions in this layout have been verified by the underrigned.
3Xnless written notice in provided by oertjfled mefl to Chambers Truss within
ten (10) days of delivery the undersigned agrees that no backcbarges will be
allowed. In the event such written notice is furnished Chambers Truss shall
have three (3) business days In which W make repairs required or to
substitute other trusses, at their option.

5.Delivsr7 is to job site. It is the buyer's reaponalbllity to make the job
site suitable tot delivery. Chambers ''Trust hoe the sole authority to

delivery. Chambers Truss will be responsible for dump delivery only. The
