There exists one 2-6 ton RTU curb per unit ( 9 total) that were installed during the construction of the Kitterman Plaza (Shell Permit: #SLC-0707-0033). We designed all HVAC systems within the buildouts to utilize these existing curbs. Please remove the requirement for Subcontractor roof verification from these permits so that I can schedule several inspections for Harbor Insurance on Monday morning. A schedule of values will be submitted for approval prior to the start of construction. Subsequent to commencement of construction, a draw request (Application for Payment) will be submitted every four (4) weeks based on percentage of completion as applied to the schedule of values. Payment shall be made within 15 days of application date. No retention is to be held.
