The existing tenant separation wall has been noted on the floor plan, - The square footage has been revised per the A-3 Designation and permit info box has been revised to show the same change. - Since the last submittal, the client instructed us that they were not going to rent the tenant bay to the left side of our plan as you look at the page. That has been removed from this submittaL The existing men s room which was previously shown to become a storage closet is not to remain as existing. Due to the change in occupancy, the existing janitor's closet shall be returned to a women a bathroom. The janitors sink has been added to the existing women's bathroom. Please note, the following revisions were made based on the Ih-c Marsbal's field visit. - We have shown additional exit lights in locations providing more visibility to the gaming area. - ALL exit [ions shall have panic hardware - ALL bathroom doors shall have closing devices. - A note has been added to the plan describing how the gap above the block in the tenant sepaaation wall shall be filled and fire caulked.
