Wood, P . E . , relating to the dryer vents at the Hibuscus condominiums on North Hutchinson Island. Our revised detail shows the construction of the shaft through the building, and Mr. Wood's drawings show the size of the metal vent constructed inside the shaft (See P. AC-11), as discussed with Chuck McDermott of your staff and Captain Sessoms of the Fire Marshall's office. Should you have any questions regarding these drawings, please give me a call; otherwise, I will assume this satisfactorily concludes discussions on this portion of the building. Pierce, FL 34950 RE: Hibiscus By The Sea Lobby Plan Dear Jim: Enclosed are my comments regarding the above mentioned project. 1. The occupant load for the Meeting Room exceeds 50 persons. The door to the Lobby must swing in the direction of exit travel. 2. Locks or latches are permitted only if it is equipped with panic hardware. 3.
