• Remove existing single layer 30 # and single layer asphalt shingles down to decking on the rear hip roof only.
Additional layers of 30# to be removed at $25/a square, and shingles to be removed at $50/a square.
• Replace up to 6 sheets of rotten plywood as needed. Renail to code if needed. Additional sheets to be billed at $4/sq
foot, billed in increments of 10.(includes labor and material.)
• Install a Peel and Stick Underlayment, fastened to code.
• Install matching accessory metals.(drip edge, wall flashing, etc....)
• Install 26 gage Mill Finish Custom 5-V Roofing, fastened to code.
• Get all necessary permits, engineering and remove all construction debris upon completion.
• ACI to issue a 5 year labor warranty and Applicable manufactures warranties will be forwarded upon receipt of final
payment

Note: No verbal promises made by any representatives of the company are binding on the company, unless
contained in the agreement.
Terns: This proposal becomes a Contract upon signing. Service will begin when the signed Contract, notice of commencement and
$50 ON REFUNDABLE deposit is received. After closing, and before starting the balance of 40% deposit is received. 30% is due
up n t at off anddry4i. Upon completion of project, the balance is due. Any balance past due (48 Ins) is subject to finance charges.

THIS JOB OVERIVEW BECOMES PART OF THE CONTRACT UPON SIGNING. PLEASE READ
CAREFULLY!
NOISE: Re -roofing is a noisy business. You will hear scraping. Banging etc. throughout the process. If you have any pets of any kind,
board them or prepare them to withstand the noise.
SHELVES. PICTURES. MIRRORS, LIGHTING FIXTURES, ETC. These items can easily fall and break due to vibration during
roof removal and installation. We ask that you check these items making sure that they are secure or are removed to a safe place. We,
Azteka Construction Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage that could occur to them.
DEBRIS FROM TEAR -OFF AND ROOF INSTALLATION: A lot of debris is created when removing an existing roof, some of
which can fall through your roof into your attic, or open areas in attic above garage. We suggest that, where able, you cover all items
with drop cloths of some sort to minimize clean up when the job is complete. Azteka Construction Inc. will not be responsible for any
interior dirt, dust or debris.
TREES. BUSHES, FLOWERS, SHRUBBERY. ETC: Where there are low hanging branches around the roof in the work area, we
may find it necessary o have them trimmed back. Upon signing this Overview, you agree to allow this if needed at NO COST TO
YOU. If you have any special shrubbery, flower or other plants, please make provisions for their protection from falling debris. We do
take precautions, but cannot guaranty their safety. If you have large trees or tree limbs that will prohibit the entry of any trucks needed
to complete the process efficiently, they will need to be cut or trimmed or cut by OTHERS. We do our best to leave you landscape as
neat as possible when done.
GOOD ACCESS TO ROOF AREA: Please indicate to us, before the job starts, where we may safely place materials. It is also
important that we know of any soft areas in the lawn, sprinklers, septic tanks, etc. We will need to know where we can safely drive and
park equipment, as Azteka Construction Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage of any kind to walkways or driveways, where it is
impossible to be aware of weaknesses. We will make every attempt to protect your driveways from oil or tar stains for our equipment,
but we cannot guaranty perfection.
SOLAR PANELS, POOL HEATING PADS, ROOF MOUNTED OBJECTS.(INCLUDING LIGHTENING RODS). NOT
RELATED TO ROOF REPLACEMENTS: In some cases Azteka Construction will handle removal and replacement of said items,
BUT ONLY WHEN INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSAL. Be aware that when the phrase "by others" is used, someone else will be
required to do the work at your expense. Azteka Construction Inc. will always cooperate with such persons hired by you.
LITIGATION In any litigation arising out of this contract, Azteka Construction, Inc. shall be entitled to recover from the customer all
of contractor's reasonable attorney's fees, costs and expenses incurred in ay such proceeding including those incurred in the course of
any appellate proceeding. Florida State Statute 489.1425 Duty of contractor to notify residential property owner of recovery fund.
Payment may be available from the Florida Homeowner's construction recovery fund if you loose money on a project performed
under contract, where the loss results from specified violations of Florida law by a licensed contractor. 2(a) Upon fording a first
violation of subsection (1), the board may find the contractor up to $500, and the moneys must be deposited into the recovery fund. IT
IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO, THAT IF NECESSARY, DUE TO WATER CONDITIONS AZTEKA CONSTRUCTION
INC. MAY HAVE TO ALTER SCHEDULING OF ROOF
