We have no records of an existing fence, so I added the condition that they need to provide a copy of a permit or apply for a fence permit. This is how we have handled this situation in the past. The owner was here this morning and informed us that the fence was done when the house was built. The house was built in 1987 and we don't have a permit number for that as well so I can't check anything. Do we allow her to bring in pictures to show that the yard is fenced in, or will she has to pull a fence permit.
