Upon receipt of a recorded Warranty Deed reflecting final division of the property you will receive a final Letter of Approval. The property is quite large, exceeding 18 acres. We recently obtained a permit for a garage and due to it's location, the only accessible electric is through a separate meter to be located on the southern portion of the 18 acres. We respectively request permission to install this meter for the garage due to it's location on the property. Our permit number is: 1905-0161. Thanks for your consideration.
