Terms & Conditions
1) Consumer and or spouse has read the contract in its entirety and fully underslandsALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Consumer agrees to terms and fury understands the contract is binding and
acting for himlher/self and spouse. An materials and labor are provided by My Florida Roofing, excess materials are properly of Roofing Co. (custom materials are not included and billed
additional). The company will purchase all necessary building permits & preparation AT COST (to consumer) & engineer reports AT COST (to consumer).
2) Roof Replacement and repairs are subject to change and billed as change orders as when a roof is uncovered, additional damages may be found. Including yet not limited to: Unforeseen
circumstances, plan changes. Specs changes, additional damages uncovered, coda upgrades, additional wood damage, structural damage, engineer cost, mold, water damage. If consumer does
not agree and work must be completed, contractorwD lake pictures before and after and hire an engineer to analyse the reefer's expert opinion, at cost to consumer plus additional work
performed. This contract is contingent on final appoval of My Florida Rooting NO ,her WRITTEN or VERBAL will be recognized.
3) My Florida Roceng reserves the right to Impose a'claim of Lien' for breach of contract, for yet not limited to, non payments, balances owed, late fees, attorney cost/forced foreclosure cost/ ag
expenses associated with the recovery of these funds, Including yet not limited to: collections, legal, flans,courl,applicalion,engineertime and material, cost are at consumers expense etc...
Consumers must make all Payments within 7 calendar days of contract payment terms or incur 5%late fee added to the amount owed compounded daily. This contract wgl be governed by the
laws of Seaward county. '
4) Warranty is void as a result to breach of contract, acts of God, unforseen drcomslxnces, outside contractor work performed on warranted area, tropical storms, hurricanes act... My Florida
Roofing Is not responsible for any driveway damage mused by third party waste removal company or3rd party vendors. Customer Is responsible to protect any landscaping and or homeowner
perimeter property during the mot process. Customer understands that My Ft adds Roofing IS NOT responsible for damages mused by sudden rains or leaking during construction.
My Florida Roofing, is not responsible for any unforseen rains and or damage to Interior of homes/ commercial properties including yet not limited to electronics, wall damage, Interior contents.
Unfodunally, lain may come at all limes, My Florida Roofing will have emergency materials on site to minimize the damages due to unforseen and sudden rains and storms.
5) PONDING WATER. Owner understands and/or Owner's represenfifive that a pending water condition is not indicative or a defective roof system. Positive drainage is design
a goal
and Is not always achievable. My Florida Roofing will not be held responsible for a pending water condition that results from a roof structure that is not esigned to achieve positive
drainage as claimed by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA). Pending Water is defined as roof surface that is incamptelly drained. Positive drainage is a drainage
condition with additional roof slope provided to ensure drainage era roof area within 72 hours after a rainfall.
