construction materials in the State of Florida. The documentation submitted has been reviewed by Robert Nieminen,
P.E. for use of the product under the Florida Building Code and Florida Building Code, Residential Volume. The
products described herein have been evaluated for compliance with the a Edition (2017) Florida Building Code
(HVHZ) sections noted herein.

S. LIMITATIONS:
5.1 This is a building code evaluation. Neither TrinitVjERD nor Robert Nieminen, P.E. are, in any way, the
Designer of Record for any project on which this Evaluation Report, or previous versions thereof, is/was used
for permitting or design guidance unless retained specifically for that purpose.
5.2 This Evaluation Report is for use in FBC HVHZ jurisdictions or others adopting FBC HVHZ requirements.
5.3 Fire classification is not part of this evaluation; refer to FBC 1516 or listing by an approved testing agency for
fire rating of this product.
5.4 Reference is made to FBC 1512.4.2.4 regarding field testing of completed tile roof installations.
5.5 Applicant shall retain the services of an FBC listed, accredited laboratory to perform quarterly tests in
accordance with TAS 112,Appendix A'.
5.6 Minimum underlayment shall comply with the RAS 118, RAS 119 or RAS 120, as applicable. Underlayment
products shall hold current Florida Statewide Product Approval or Local Approval for use in the roof
assemblies in FBC HVHZ jurisdictions.
5.7 Minimum roof deck requirements shall be in accordance with applicable FBC HVHZ requirements.
5.8 All products in the roof assembly shall have quality assurance audit in accordance with the F.A.C. Rule
61G2O3.
6. INSTALLATiON:
6.1 Entegra Concrete Roof Tiles may be mechanically fastened, mortar -set or adhesive -set. Installation shall
comply with manufacturers current published instructions, but not Jess than the requirements of RAS 118,
RAS 119 or RAS 120, as applicable.
6.2 Attachment Calculations: Entegra Concrete Roof Tile shall be evaluated as a 'Moment -Based System' in
accordance with Roofing Application Standard RAS 227-11 using the data outlined herein.

5.4 ICP Adhesives Polyset' RTA-1 can be used with flat; low and high profile tiles or any rigid, discontinuous. roof
assembly having a current Florida Statewide Product Approval or approved on a local -level by the Authority Having
Jurisdiction.
5.5 Underlayment shall be per FRSA/TRI April 2012 (04-12) or having a current Florida Statewide Product Approval or
approved on a local -level by the Authority Having Jurisdiction for use with ICP Adhesives PolysW RTA-1.
5.6 Field tiles, meeting the limitations of FBC1609.5.3, using ICP Adhesives Polyset' RTA-1 are limited to projects having
an Aerodynamic Uplift. Moment (Ma), determined in accordance with FBC 160953 or Tables 2Aand 28 of'FRSA/TRI
April 2012 (04-12), not greater than the,following Allowable Overturning Moment values. Refer to Section 10 and
ICP Adhesives and Sealants, Inc. published installation instructions for Adhesive Paddy Placement details.

5.6.4 Wind Resistance for Underlavment Systems in Adhesive -set TileApplications: FRSA/TRLApril 2012 (04-12) does
not address wind uplift resistance of all underlayment systems beneath adhesive -set tile systems, where the
underlayment forms part of the load -path. The following wind uplift limitations apply to underlaymentsystems
that are not addressed In FRSA/TRI April -2012 (04-12) and are used in adhesive -set tile applications. Maximum
Design Pressure is the result of testing for wind load resistance based on allowable wind loads, and reflects the
ultimate passing pressure divided by 2 (the 2 to 1 margin of safety per FBC 1504.9 has already been applied). Refer
to FRSA/TRI April 2012 (04-12), Appendix A, Table 1A or FBC 1609 for determination of design wind loads

Fold the membrane away from the edge onto itself. Remove the release sheet. 'Place the membrane with the
exposed rubberized asphalt onto the deck, pressing firmly into place: Roll into place with a weighted roller.
Fasten the black selvedge edge tothe deck with roofing nails, nails & tin -tags or 1-inth diameter plastic or steel
