Our determination is that it qualifies as a nonconforming lot of record, waiving the lot area requirement and allowing for the construction of a single-family residence and accessory structures on the property. When applying for a building permit written approval from- the North St. Lucie Water Control District for crossing Canal 53 from Brocksmith Road will be required. A septic tank permit is required when submitting an application for a building permit therefore it is suggested that the Health Department be contacted before making final development plans.
