IF YOU INTEND TO INSTALL YOUR HOME ON YOUR OWN LOT (NOT IN A PARK), SOME SITE PREPARATION WILL BE NECESSARY. ALL DRAINAGE (AT THE INSTALLATION SITE) MUST BE DIVERTED AWAY FROM THE HOME AND MUST SLOPE A MINIMUM OF 1/2" PER FOOT AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION OR SKIRTING FOR THE FIRST 10'. THE SITE MUST BE GRADED TO PROVIDE FOR STORM RUN—OFF. SPECIAL CARE MUST BE TAKEN WITH THE AREA DIRECTLY BELOW YOUR HOME TO PREVENT WATER FROM PONDING AND/OR PUDDLING UNDER YOUR HOME AND SUPPORTS. IF THE SPACE UNDER THE HOME IS TO BE ENCLOSED WITH SKIRTING OR OTHER MATERIALS, A VAPOR RETARDER (I.E. POLY...) MUST BE INSTALLED TO COVER THE GROUND UNDER THE HOME (SHALL BE 6 MIL.
