GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
1. All construction shall conform to the Florida building code, and all
other applicable governing codes and regulations.
2. Contractor shall verify all dimensions and conditions in the field prior
to the bidding of the project. Any discrepancies which may alter the
intent of the architectural or engineering documents are to be brought
to the immediate attention of the architect in writing, for approval or
modification.
3. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the best practices
of the construction trades in a professional and workmanlike manner.
Any work not conforming with these standards may be rejected by the
architect and redone by the contractor at no additional expense to
the owner.
4. All materials and labor to have a one year warranty form date of
completion.
5. All wood members in direct contact with concrete and masonry
shall be treated with approved preservative.
6. General contractor shall submit to the Architect shop drawings for
review and approval of all specialty items such as cabinetry prior to
fabrication.
7. General contractor shall submit approved shop drawings,
Engineering data, product approvals and any other required
information to the Building Department for all new materials they
may require this information for review and approval prior to
commencement of construction.

drawings are not to be scaled for precise or critical dimensioning.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
1. All construction shall conform to the Florida building code, and all
other applicable governing codes and regulations.
2. Contractor shall verify all dimensions and conditions in the field prior
to the bidding of the project. Any discrepancies which may alter the
intent of the architectural or engineering documents are to be brought
to the immediate attention of the architect in writing, for approval or
modification.
3. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the best practices
of the construction trades in a professional and workmanlike manner.
Any work not conforming with these standards may be rejected by the
architect and redone by the contractor at no additional expense to
the owner.
4. All materials and labor to have a one year warranty form date of
completion.
5. All wood members in direct contact with concrete and masonry
shall be treated with approved preservative.
