Change Orders, contractor may accept a "change order" to the plans, specifications or equipment. In addition, the total price increased or decreased to reflect the change, and the same shall be in writing and signed by the Owner and Contractor. Any ini ;e to the contract price shall be paid by tY Nner upon ordering the work called for in such "change orde upon execution of the change order as rec;., _J by the contractor. 2. If the client is referred to an attorney for collection, then client agrees to pay all fees incurred in the collection of the payment due plus all court costs and attorney's fees. 3. The Owner is responsible for removing personal items, plants, vehicles, etc. from the work area. 4. Existing gutters will be removed or detached to allow for the installation of the new roofing system. Contractor will attempt to save the gutters however in the event they are damaged the Owner accepts full responsibility for said gutters. 5. The Owner is responsible for the removal and re -installation of any satellite dishes. (The satellite dish may need to be re -calibrated at Owners expense) 6. Customer authorizes the contractor and the material supply companies access to the property. Customer accepts full responsibility for any unforeseen damage to the walks, driveway, septic tank and drain field, landscaping etc. to the property except for the following: 7. Labor Warranty 5 year on workmanship. Material Warranty 20-year limited warranty. B. Southeast General Contractors Group, Inc shall not be held responsible for damage caused by hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires, floods or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Contractor. Contractor cannot be held responsible for interior damages. Southeast General Contractors Group, Inc will not warranty the work if payment is not received within 5 business days after completion. 9. Same as Cash (SAC)Financing (3,6,12,18,24 months) options will require an additional upfront fee. Standard (1-12) years financing is offered with no upfront fees. All financing is contingent upon credit approval. Standard Home Improvement financing offered from 9.99% APR for A and A+ credit rating. Southeast General Contractors Group Inc partners with EnerBank Improvement loans. 10. In the event there is a Home Owners Association, the Home Owner is responsible for notifying the Contractor and assumes responsibility to get approvals the Home Owners Association. The Contractor will provide samples if requested by the Home Owner. 11. Quoted price is a cash price which includes all rebates and discounts, an additional 3.5% convenience fee will be added to payments made by credit card. 12. Entire Agreement - This Contract, from the time it shall take effect, shall supersede any and all prior Agreements whether claimed to be oral or in writing. The parties have incorporated in this Contract their entire understanding. No oral statement or prior written matter extrinsic to this Contract shall have any force or effect.
