Development Director, St. Luce County Permit#1905-0499 Would like relief from ch.7.04.01 of community development code. Proposed guest house will be 14" above center of road which is approx.. 1700 ft. from proposed guest house. They have added several inches of millings to road since existing house was built. Guest house is in front and to the side of existing house and putting it higher than existing house would not be aesthetically pleasing and could be more of a strain on using existing septic system.
