SR 434, Longwood, Florida 32750 (the "Grantor'% in favor of NVR, INC., a Virginia corporation,
whose mailing address is 1450 Centrepark Boulevard, Suite 340, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401,
(the "Grantee'),
